The following facts can be verified in the book "The Reich Marshal:  A Biography of Hermann Goering" by Leonard Mosley.  I used that text as one of my sources for a paper I wrote while working on my MSE in History.

In 1945, an army psychologist named G.M. Gilbert conducted an IQ test of the top Nazi leaders being prosecuted in the Nuremberg trials.

Ergo, IQ is no guarantee of ability or wisdom or moral strength.

I would like to cite the U.S. Army study that related performance and ability *directly* to intelligence.  The study separated recruits into three different intelligence groups : low, average, and high.  The three groups were given various military tasks.  The efficiency and effectiveness of how they accomplished the tasks (as mentioned above) was directly related to IQ.

91 is considered average, actually average starts at 90.

average IQ is 100, by definition. 68% of a population is between 85-115, 95% between 70-130, 99.7% between 55-145.

the problem was the liberal democrats putting up such poor excuses of competitors.  thats what allowed bush to slip throught the cracks and wind up in the white house not just once, but twice. 

A point that means much to me is the supreme court coming fourth and affirming for all the right to keep and bear arms as an individual right and that it always has been.  Thats a legacy of Bush appointing right thinking people into the top court of the nation that I will always be thankful for.

Lastly, its a big mistake for you to blame the president for all your woes while giving the congress a apparent pass on everything "he" touched.   Congress and the President are partners in government and for the most part during the Bush tenure have worked together.

Sorry but our supreme court is really fouled up . When it says the government can take property from one private individual and give it to another private individual the are rewriting the constitution thru judicial fiat .
