Nope. Bad idea. Every undefended V Base would be taken by one guy on one sortie. Bomb the ack, drop troops, done deal.
Can't still do this in two sorties?. If all you are looking to do is pork fields, someone wil always game the game. If what ever small load of bombs carried by that plane could be dropped that precisely more power to them, but this too would be easy to fix. Only allow half as many bombs as gun mounts at a vbase. If you are capping troops carried, you might as well cap bombs.
Many times I've flown in a C47 only to have one last building standing. While loitering around waiting for someone to hit it, a stray fighter finds me, or the ack starts to pop and I get shot down with a full compliment of troops.
Bottom line, it would be a fun perk plane if properly balenced (which I'm sure HTC would account for).
