Is it possible to have the ack stop shooting at you after you bail out and pop the chute?

I find it unusual and unrealistic that all the ack at the base stays locked onto you and keeps firing away until it kills you.  Its seems like the ack only recognizes you as an enemy unit, and so it fires.   I'm sure it must be possible to program a little more intelligence and humanity into the AI for base ack.

If people dangle in their chutes for ages, there can be one of two reasons for this:
1. They pulled the rip chord too soon and are a dumdass.

2. The are spying.

So i will shoot danglers, either to:
1. help them get back to the tower sooner.
2. stop them spying.

a dangler i would be someone who pops the chute at over 3k.
Fortunatly most pop the chute at under 1K so they dangle for less than a minuite.
