Tupolev TB-3 in Zveno-SPB configutation, carrying 2 Polikarpov I-16 under wings, 2 Polikarpov I-15 above wings and 1 under fuselage that I can't identify on the fly.

Yep, and it was actually used in combat. :) (EDIT: I mean the zveno configuration was used, not the one posted. The definitive configuration had only 2 I-16 under wings)
