Steve, steve, steve, why do I even bother with you.  When I take my car to the local shine n show, i regularly have people taking pictures of it.  I get more compliments on this car than I do on my Harley, although you would say that the Harley needs spinner rims and be lowered, (how cool!!)  you critize my car, my taste, and my driving.  Lets see your car? you have an old blue vet on your avatar, put up a couple of pics of that midlife crisis machine.  Or better yet lets see your mini van.  I am guessing you have a  mini van since you would need at least that much head room to fit that retarded looking freak of a kid.  Didn't I see your kid in "the lord of the rings" you know the freak character, the smeegle one.

Ill make you a deal, I will lower my car 4 inches if you lower your kids freakish head 4 inches, how about it???

That's even beyond ad hominem.  You, sir, are a loser of the lowest level.  Have a nice life dickhead.

pxdig,

Totally uncool.  You ought to edit your post and apologize.  As in do it now.  Attacking some guy's kids, even on the internet, is pretty damn low and cowardly.

Good stuff.  You admit that it can improve performance.  As for extremes... wel that's what we're talking about... performance.... not driving miss daisy.  PXDIG is clueless. He drives his car in the 1/4... any tard knows sticker, wider tires would give him a better launch than the roller skate wheels hehas on it. Also, I suggested lowering it a bit for asthetics. I think his current set up looks like crap.

yes, i do.......i try to keep my perspective on these discussions....and don't like when/if they deteriorisate into arguments.

dude.......

why you hafta insult the guys kids???????????
did he really do anythign to you?
seems to me an apology is in order.......like yesterday. or you could do yourself a favor and stop while you're behind.
 what do you drive again?
oo......and the harley.......unless it's newer than 96 or so, i imagine you have saddlebags, to carry oil dry in one, and a drip pan in the other......only way i'd own a harley is a newer one....that i can get on and DEPEND on, and never have to work on it....kinda like my honda(ya it's a rice burner, but it's built here). and before you go off on japanese stuff, look at your gauges, and electronics. they're japanese.

I posted pics on this thread as a way to share and enjoy the boards.  I really dont think that calling my car "crap" and me "clueless" was anything other than an insult that shouldn't have been done by Steve.  There seems to be a certain freedom to throw personal insults without even a seconds hesitation.  I have personally never thrown the first insult but I do react when I get the virtual slap in the face.

That being said, my post was completely overboard and uncalled for.  If Steve acted like a jerk, then I magnified it X 10.  I have searched for a way to modify or delete the post but to no luck, my computer might be on its last legs.  I completely regret my last post and will send Steve a PM relating this, it was but a knee jerk reaction to a personal insult.  Im not making excuses here, I was totally out of control and regret the whole incident.   :o

Things are so much easier face to face.

Hehehe, wow man. dude, I was just poking a little fun at ya.  let me rephrase it for you. I think your car looks great, would look even better if the wheels didn't look small in the wheel well. I'm not talking about 22's here... we all know those look like poop. Maybe 17's. Now, this is just my opinion, so it doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot.

I don't have a mini van though,  I have a full sized conversion van that we drive the kids in. Otherwise I drive a very tame Dakota. I'll look for pics of the van, though!   :aok

Midlife crisis vette... I've had it for about 15 years... I guess if you want to call it that you can.  :)

Here's a couple of pics, fire away!

As for my freakish retarded kid, there are actually 4 kids in the avatar.  My wife was pregnant with 6 but two didn't make it. This was after years of heartbreak trying to have children. It was tough to have two of our kids die. They were all born 11 weeks early and each one faced life or death illnesses in their first 10 weeks. The docs told us Brenna(the smallest at less than 1 and a  half pounds) probably wouldn't make it through her first night. Stacy was already too heart broken and tired to stay with Brenna so I stayed with her every second for the first couple of days, telling her that she had my blood in her and while my family doesn't always have it easy, we never quit, and that she was going to be ok.  Brenna made it and has the kindest soul you  could ever hope to meet. One of them is slightly autistic, can you guess which one? There, that should give you plenty of ammo for really personal insults.
If this isn't enough, our story will be on TV again tomorrow (Saturday the 11th) at 11:00 On Discovery Health Channel. It's called "The Bailey Multiples"

While working on the car one day, Stacy asked me to keep an eye on Brenna:

My all time favorite pic of the girls:
