A French aircraft would benefit the game for a France 1940 campaign or Snapshot event, although an early war design, this aircraft against an Me-109 would be about same as a Spitfire and Me-109, from what I read this aircraft in right hands was quite capable as a fighter.
Perhaps if added down the road, it would open the books for a Scenario event of 1940 - 2 Campaigns in France, and a few in Dunkirk for example.

Love to see it added with the Vg.33.

I've mentioned the D520 more than once.  It served in multiple French squadrons and a few hundred were delivered prior to the surrender.

It is a capable aircraft and depending on AH2's interpreatations of its flight charcahteristics... it could/should be able to run with or better any other EW fighter.  It certainly has the "on paper" value.

Bring in the D520 !!!  :aok

The 20mm had only 60 rounds, It was produced until 1942 and served as an advanced trainer in the LW till the end of the war. When the France fell a number were fielded by the Italians.

I'm sorry if the pictures are a bit huge.

Italians First! Italians Always! Italy, Italy, Italy!

Yes, after we get the SM.82 for the RA.

So it has 60x20mm rds?  It is centerline mounted, one should be able to make as many kills as a SpitV, around 2-3 per sortie.  I do, & I SUCK at gunnery. :D

:aok Yes, we do need the D.520 so I fully support this; with the provsion above. :aok
