Simple animation scenes

Could you allow map makers to code/animate some simple animations scenes for objects.Kinda like with the windmill?

More importantly, when can we expect to see an update (for some of the bugs mentioned in TE forum, or even for new features) for TE/OE/CE?

good idea....
often thought WAFFS waving to departing/returning bombers would be good
tractors ploughing Fields
flock of birds flying around/ if you fly low over forest they come flying out startled
the odd car/truck/bus on the road...
