Yeah that's good stuff the Horsemen put on quite a show! I'd like to get something like that going for Aces High, would be fun.
I knew I was slipping low a few times, but we've never practiced together, just something we did for fun - once I get a feel for how he flys I'll be able to stay in position better. The roll was kind of strange, so it was hard to keep with him - I've only flown with one pilot that was able to fly lead on the formation rolls properly. A lot of guys seem to want to unload as they roll past 90* or start increasing the roll rate/pulling too much which will throw me low and outside. The landing I think was pretty good overall, did sink low a few times, the #2 should be lower than the lead and touch before the lead does.
It's harder to fly formation in the sim than it is in real life, that's for sure. That's why I like flying form so much, it's challenging but very rewarding once you get it right.
