Not really, it will catch up with you full force one day. Kind of like those teen girls that eat a whole pizza and 2 megaglups for breakfist, sunddenly blow up at 24, overweight by 25 and die from diabetes at 41.
For me it caught up at 33 when the "roofer's diet" started to blow up my belly. I had to chill on the taco Mcdo lunch/diner, and start to replace 4 cokes a day by water. A little bit of goldgym (3 times a week @ 1h each) and my belly shrinked again, even have some 6 packs action going on.
Yep I agree. For me it was around 22-23. Went from 155 pounds and able to eat anything; to now, 180 pounds and no soda, no fast food, and I have to eat very healthy and stay very active just to keep at this weight.
DMBEAR that meatloaf looks GREAT, but please take it out of the foil for cooking. I personally think it adds a nasty taste, but besides that there is also a lot of info on the net about cooking with aluminum. I don't know what to believe, but I do know that it can be toxic at certain levels and lots of people claim it has some links to Alzheimer's. That's enough for me to stop using it.
Not to get all earthy, but with such an increase in cancer in the human population going right along with an increase in use of things like foil and plastics, it really has changed the way I handle all of my food. I went out and bought all glass for baking and even got rid of all the reusable plastic food storage containers. Ironically one of the worst offenders happens to be the plastic water bottles that has been the health rage in the last few years. Reusing them turns out to be especially bad, which is what I was doing for years up until recently.
