1st, is it calibrated in windows control panel ? and or have the software installed for it ? also is it recognized correctly (no other controller/usb conflicts )
if the above is working , now is it recognized and calibrated in AH2 ?
if none of the above is functioning it may be a bad stick (its happened w/ logijunks in the past)

Have you mapped the axis for the throttle, ailerons, elevator, and rudder?
Hint: X Axis = aileron, Y axis = elevator, Z axis = rudder, Slider = throttle 1.

As much as i like Logitech their joysticks are not the best. The also have a bad habit of requiring you to install the included software (or at 80% of the time). So make sure you have the software (Logitech game profiler) installed and see if the axis work there.

I believe Denholm is right. I had the exact same problem with my logitech. It was suggested to me to make sure the axis were all mapped. That was the problem.

When changing or adding a stick to the game, you first need to go to (in game) Options->Controls->Map Controllers, and make sure you select the new stick, then press the "Default Map" button. This will generally do a decent job of mapping the stick leaving the throttle or rudders to be manually mapped in most cases.

I use th 3d pro as well and have never had to install the software to make it work. I was actually going to suggest the same as Skuzzy not just because he is the tech guru (which is a very good reason) but also because I have experienced this issue when trying different sticks in the past. If you have changed the stick with anything other than the original brand and model then you will have to manually set up (using the default map button as Skuzzy stated) the stick.
