o come on Paladin. it's just good fun for alot of folks. personally i think flying sharks are about the dumbest thing i've ever heard of, but what the hell..it's only once a year.

Like I said in another post, it didn't wind up affecting me and the squad, it was the pain in the butt of finding out what was going on and why. I mean someone couldn't have said something originially about it being the convention to the poor guy who originally started the thread?

He could have simply read the arena message that popped up when he logged in.

Dunno about you folks, but my arena message said nothing about it being the convention, nothing about it being anything other than a super secret squirrel event and that's it. I read the forums as well, and found this comment asking about it which recieved funny posts, not a explanation. Go back and reread the arena message if you have a moment and think about it from the standpoint of someone who has no clue about a convention.

Funny said it on my clipboard. Matter of fact i believe it stated it would start at 9pm CST. What more do you need?

i see the problem, if your squad has their own MOTD that shows up when you log in, you've had to click on "arena message" again to see it... thats what I had to do..
