The CH Fighterstick and Throttle are a great combo...and Provantage is the plave to get 'em. As for peds, I like the Saitek Pro peds over the CH peds. The tension is adjustable and the foot rests can be adjusted size wise.
Expect a few weeks to get used to peds vs twisty rudder input.
