What's so hard about getting in a tank yourself to guard the map room?  We already have the Il-2, which means instant death for gv's (except for wirbels/ostis, then it's simple attrition), how much harder is it supposed to be?

Would like to see even a couple manned 20mm duals or singles.

I like the idea, the 6 or so AA in town is easy to kill, and whats wrong with more stuff to blow up

Imagine if you parked wirbels and osties side by side all the way around a town in a full 360%? :uhoh

So tight their turrets would almost scrape. And then here comes, unknowingly, this paper machet 50 pre-teen Bish spitfire mission flying NOE. :D

I once had a buddy who built a 10 man goose hunting pit and we filled it once with all the 10 guage guys. We had this huge retarded herd of migratory Canadas come in with feet outstretched..............

For a goose hunter it was xanadu. The spit mission would also be blown to bloody, cartoon, Bish,pre-teen, bits.

A couple of manned 88mm anti-air/tank emplacements and a couple of 37mm cannons in towns would be a good idea.

A couple land based guns anywhere would be nice...

Hell, the guns are already there - never could figure out why it was possible to walk up to honking great 88mm guns and blowed 'em up reeeal good with an MG 34.
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB
