The joy of sales

There I was last night, managed to get rid of Mrs iTunes down at the sales, just about to watch a movie when the Inevitable happened, yup, Mrs iTunes came back with all manner of shelves, scones and a whole host of cr@p that she thought was a bargain.
Spent the whole of last night loojing for various sizes of hardware as of course, the things she brought back had none in the box!
Lesson to be learned here fellas, make sure you go along and intercept any potential purchases, otherwise you will suffer a similar fate to my own....

Last time my wife went to the super target to buy "groceries" she spent $240!

Well at least yours came home and handed them over to you to put together.

Mine usually ends up buying them while I am at work and then tries to put those kind of things together herself. Once she realizes that it outside of her abilities she waits until I get home and then I have to tear it apart and start all over, not to mention that the hardware that does come with it (usually) is in disarray and needs to be sorted again.  

What the he11 though we all play this game because it is a challenge. Marriage is just another challenge only it is not usually as much fun, well at least until play time when the youngsters are in bed asleep.

Scones are delicious.

Throw some clotted creame on them, maybe some jam....teh YUM!

Now we have a trip coming up to the Home Depot on Saturday- Can't wait for that one......
At least I'll know that they will have hardware in their boxes!
