If you are not using the search function when looking for something specific, you will have to view each HTC staff member's profile, then click on "Show the lasts posts of this user". It will show all public messages from this user, sorted by date.

Search for any post that has more than 5 grammatical or spelling errors and it will be HiTech's.

I find it pretty easy.  You just need HT's spelling key.
