SEAC Spit VIII
« on: October 28, 2008, 10:10:00 PM »

Still have to do the wing and tailplane stripes, and dirty it up a bit more.

MD280, coded DG-R of No. 155 Sqn RAF, Burma, April, 1945.  Flown by F/L Paul Ostrander from Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Yeah, I like it too.  With the yellow nose band and dragon artwork it's a bit different from the usual SEAC scheme.

Once again, Jocko. Amazing indeed. One of my absolute favourite skins for a Spitfire VIII.

My only grievances are the spinner and yellow nose section. Put a little bit of shading/weathering around the contours of the panel lines and you're set.  :aok

There's a couple of other things wrong with it that I didn't notice until after I sent it to HTC.  Waiting on a ref. number from them so I can send a corrected version.
