What about implementing a online chat into
AH web page (a simple java applet will
work). Message boards are great, but slow.
ICQ should be good too, but a list of 200+
users is not very useful.

I'm an IRCop on an IRCx network.  I'd be happy to help any squadrons (or HTC for that matter =) setup a registered channel on our net, complete with a java applet for your website.  If anyone's interested, me email is in me profile
