Why? Idiot ponytail guy trolls his fluff past a creature that, as a genetic feature thousands of years old, is incapable of letting something fluffy wander past without stalking and pouncing. I say the foofoo hair dude got what was coming to him, no different than if he'd jumped into a tiger exhibit. Don't blame the cat, it's just doing what it was designed to do. Blame the idiot for triggering the stalking instinct. If he was ignorant of this feline feature, that's no excuse any more than being ignorant of the law of gravity makes it the earth's fault if some idiot falls off a building.
