Would definitely be nice to have some sort of visual cue to indicate the presence of missions, perhaps making the "All Missions" button change to a 'red' colouring or something?

The rationale being that a LOT of players fail to distinguish between a Programmed-Mission and a Raid. Almost everytime someone announces a mission, they end up reciting the entire mission plan several times on country channel. Kinda defeats the object.

To add to that, I think a lot of people don't notice the "THERES A MISSION UP GUYS" messages, hence it gets typed 100 times up until the mission actually launches. Some type of Notification of a 'Submited Mission' would be nice. Also the ability to enable/disable said notification method.

Good suggestion! Code could be added so that when a mission is submitted, say, with 20 min. of start time that user submits, a big bold red or Neon blue capped text shows in buffer MISSION IN PLANNER SUBMITTED.

Rip,

I have to say I've enjoyed the missions very much and I believe you've generate a good amount for us Knights. I don't fly with a squad and sometimes feel a little left out in my normal day-day MA flying and the missions are a good diversion from that. I'd certainly love having some indicator of any new missions generated that I can easily see when flying around.

I was thinking about that Rip, and figure HT might perceive it as a possible "spam source" - i.e. users could click the post button to the annoyance of other users.

I think a visual cue on the main clipboard would be enough, since most of us peek at it frequently.

Just wanting to keep an idea that won't end up as something people disable?
