skin download command

A dot command to download a specific skin on demand or in a short amount of time.

Say .loadskin 12FS/34FG by DaVinci  ,or something like that and say in a minute or three have it get to you.

Sounds good, I have been having problems with mine dowloading completly, so I usually come on here and download the skins from the site. Probably much easier if we had one.

Especially for events, especially when Windows needs to be installed (again, for some reason I've got very good at installing windows....)
