Not exactly a tech question, but.......

My computer recently failed horribly causing me to have to restore it back to it's original condition. I had to re download AH and now when I try to log in it says my free time has expired :eek: Funny thing is, I've been paying for over two years :eek:...I go to Acct. Options, and I obviously have an Acct. So what gives? To be honest I haven't logged in for a few weeks. Does HTC automatically delete your card # if you are not active for a length of time? I would call them, but I'm sure they are all getting fat off turkey and stuff right now.

at the login screen, if you remember your Login ID: ******** (<--- what ever it might be )

then click on re send password
hitech creations will then email you a new password instantly , you should be ok then, to log in

edit:   your Login ID  is not the same as your gameid , or it should not be at least........

if your bill did not get paid, HTC automatically sends an email, telling you your services have been suspended.....

Never got an email my subscription was past due, the payment was automatically taken out and nothing has changed. Oh well, I'm probably better off being grounded. I have the proper log in and password and I can get to the online arenas...they just won't let me in :cry

edit...so I re entered the same CC# and began a 2week trial :huh this is after they said my free time has ended :huh I entered my log in name that I had and they said it was taken :furious of course it's taken BY ME!!!! I'm confused :noid I know I know, after the holiday I will call them, but something is weird..... :mad: now I have a shade account with my original name(which is basically the same) and somehow....someway, I will get shot down by me and end up on the wrong end of a witch hunt somewhere :rolleyes:
