I would not use that fan and heatsink combo.. Check the OCZ Vendetta 2 (about 36.99 for this item) (not the vendetta) should bring the thermals down 5 to 7c over your choice. Make sure during the install you only use one stick of the ram... Vista gets funky with two sticks on an install.
