How do you refuel/rearm?

Apparently there's a refuel/rearm point somewhere...can somebody explain how this is done?  Also, is there a manual somewhere?  I've downloaded ah_short.doc, which has the commands in it, but it would be nice to have something that answers things like the above question.

The Refuel/rearm points are at the airfields. At each end of the runwayr you will see a square with a little cottage next to it.
Cme to a comlplete stop at this square and you will see the orange text: "Loading Waepons, complete in 30 seconds".
Keep the plane completely still in this period and you will then get the text:" reload comleted".
The fuel and ammo you will be fitted with will be the same as you initially stared out the sortie with.
