Its only in GV's at the moment. Nothing on the planes as far as I know.

Technically planes do have the ability for smoke as in airshow smoke, the red and blue trails from wingtips. Fortunately it's only enabled in the Training arena.

Press backspace while in the turret, until you see Smoke rounds.

Only the Panzer and Sherman carry smoke rounds.  The ones in the Panzer can be fired at a pretty long range while those in the Sherman are for very short range use although it carries a lot more of them.
