A lot of the stats you are looking for are not frequently divulged, as
1- The game has certain features built in that will give you feedback
2- A little bit of time in the air and you will rely on instinct, not on memorizing numbers
For example,
Va: A stress loaded airframe sound plays when you are approaching the critical point of airframe damage at high speeds
Vfe: Flaps do not break from high airspeed alone, they auto-retract in this game.
Vs: Buffering and an optional stall buzzer
Vx and Vy: Are linked in a function called "auto climb". This is actually auto speed; the function does not measure ideal angle of climb, but rather sets your plane to the appropriate angle of climb (or descent) to maintain the speed you set. Type .speed xxx into your text buffer, and then press alt+x. Most planes are default set to their best climb speed, so simply pressing alt+x alone will give you their best rate of climb. Sometimes, though, to maintain a shallower climb to keep airspeed up, you might want to try a .speed 225 or something.
That said, if you can find all the data you're looking for (at all altitudes), then great, and I'm glad you are taking this approach as a new player (background in aviation?). If not, don't worry, as your experience ingame along with these functions will diminish the necessity for hard data.
