my friend calls this the "peoples free republic of new jersey".
 :rofl

BY LAW, WE CAN'T.

when i had my mustang..the one i posted a pic of in the other place......no one touched that car. i always pumped my own. i do in my dakota too. if i'm a bit impatient, even in my taurus i will, and NOBODY touches my bike.
some others pump thjeir own, but most are lazy poopoos, and just sit in their cars like a bunch of zombies.
i think we're the only state in the union, that doesn't allow it.

Sad, just masking sad.

define ""masking sad"

 :rofl :rofl

and, yes, i know.

what would be more sad though, would be all the attendents suddenly collecting unemployment till their visas expired.  :noid

One day maybe our leaders will wise up and give the benifit in food and shelter only, not lumps of cash. It's much harder to exchange food and shelter for heroin or crack than it is with cash. duh.. :huh

I didn't know it was law.  :lol   A few years ago, maybe around 2002,  i was working in either edison, or hackensack and stopped for fuel. I swiped the gas card and started to fill up like normal.
This indian guy with a big towel hat and zz top beard came running over, yelling my friend, my friend you can't do that.
I started laughing, and said don't worry man, thanks i got it, continuing to fill up.
He looked around nervously, and said again, noooo my friend you cannot pump gas here.
I started to get pissed, and again said listen i've got it under control.
One more time now in an angry voice he says, my friend you CAN NOT DO THAT! pointing his finger at me.
I had enough and stopped at 15 gallons, called him a terrorist *(#@  got in my van and left.
:O  Now that explains it. To bad he didn't just say it was against jersey law.

Speed, that is totally reckless and irresponsible behaviour on your part.  You're very lucky, and I mean VERY LUCKY to have escaped with your life or not hurting an innocent person having their gas pumped by Dusty Hill or Billy Gibbons.

BTW, the towel hat and ZZ Top beard reference were hillarious. 2 thumbs up, way up!
