Are aircraft allowed to attack/spot GV's in this FSO?

Yes, After T+60 the ground engagement area will open up for all players, Aircraft and GVs.

The 20 Ardennes GV bases are NOT TO BE ATTACKED UNTIL T+60.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I continue to get questions about this.

AIRCRAFT CAN NOT ENGAGE GV BASES OR GV'S UNTIL AFTER T+60.

They may fly over it prior too and after T+60, but they may not actively attack Targets in the GV area until T+60. I will be able to to tell by the logs and penalties will be enforced.

Good luck seeing much anyway, the clouds will have you flying into trees and hills.
