At least in the last 3 camps. This of course as affected my hit %.
Mostly folks are flying a8s to take down strats these days. Why not! It's faster and it's effective. But bombing as some benefits of its own. More ordinance = more strat damage. Further if you are a fairly good shot you will normally take 2 to 3 fighters down with you. If you get 3 formations up that could be 6-9 kills or almost a full dar bar. Another reason for less bombers is rank. If you don't bomb factories you get less hit %. More likely it will be around 200% instead of in the 1000% and up range. I haven't done a milk run in a bomber in over a year. Bombing is somewhat boring to me and bombing a factory is even more boring. Often I will ditch bombers after the drop unless there are some cons who want to play
However, I do quite a bit of bombing to help my country and squadies.
