Has anyone experienced this? Someone flying a plane that you know inferior to yours performance-wise but somehow can continually outmanouver and out gun you and seemingly show up out of nowhere?
I'm not a great shot nor a great flyer, but I'm not that bad! Either some of you guys are expectionally exceptional or else you have some kind of easy modeor hacked in flight modelling giving you an advantage.

Any comments on this?

Now this one surely has to be a Troll because Preacher has ZERO time logged in the last 3 tours.
So if you can explain that then I may listen to you, but only long enough to ask how much Sim Flight time you have?
Unless its measured in years of experience its very likely you will have your butt handed to you regularly in the MA and it may well seem impossible the way its done, but with experience you will learn to do it to others.
No FM mods of any kind (if available) will be needed, just plain old boring hard work and use of the film feature would help you see what really happens.

Ummmm...a Troll? Not sure what you mean here. Sadly I'm not an MA subscriber, so maybe that qualifies me as a Troll, I don't know. Can't aford MA at this point in time so until I can reach those lofty heights I'll hang out at H2H.

You should get some very good fights in H2H as well, but please do us all a favour do not come posting here about "Hacks" etc
It would be far better if you dont understand why you are getting beaten to film it then ask somebody to review it and tell you where you went wrong.

Preacher,

I have played this game for a long time. Although it has happened on the rare occasion, I have personally never seen something I would attribute to a hacked flight model. On the flip side, I've been accused of it a few times. Most times, the accusations stem from one fellow getting killed, and not understanding how it happened. This generally is a result of the downed pilot under estimating the other fellow's energy state, plane capabilities, or just generally not understanding energy fighting and ACM very well.

If you get killed and you don't know why, please post on the Training forum and post film or just outline the situation. Myself and others will be glad to try and explain what happened, how to avoid it, and how to use it yourself.

If you see something that is quite obviously hacking, or you suspect is hacking, please film it and send the film to HTC for them to review.
