Mossie is the worst looking plane in the game, IMO, it needs it bad. P-40 should be in the same update patch as the P-40s used in quite a few snapshots and other special events

I'm not sure about that, you may be right.

I'm just hoping for the KI-84Ib version, which would probably be a slight re-model.

Yes, but its canopy looks worse than the canopies on some AH1 models such as the A6M or Mosquito.
