A 'Printable" Mission Planner FAQ-Manual?
« on: August 15, 2000, 12:36:00 PM »
The number one thing that has kept me from using the mission planer has been the inability to print with Netscape 4.72 or Opera 4.0 the "help" section on it.  I don't know to use it and the lack of ready reference whn online  The website will not allow me to open the frame under a seperate window and when I try to print what is viewable I get an error saying "no pages to print." Anyone else have any luck printing the Mission Planner "manual" to date?
If so, fill me in please on how you did it!!

 Mission Planner PDF

You must have Adobe Acrobat reader to view it.

Fantastic!!!!  Thanks once again <G> Jihad! Trying to get the HTC webpage on the mission planner to print was becoming a tad too frustrating.

[edited: now that I'm at work I find I also got the file not found error.    I backed up a directory on the url, spotted the file, clicked on it directly and was able to retrieve it ok! ]

Jihad, your Tripod server refuses to let me download the file. When I ran a traceroute on the IP address that came up I got "Destination Host Unreachable". So I played around for 2 hours, trying to get it to work. Nope, no dice.

I still can't believe Tripod puts up a seperate propaganda page just for you to download a file.

Flakbait if you use Netscape then right mouse click on the link, past it in the "location" window but backspace till the file name is deleted. Then hit [enter] and you'll see the directory it is located in. Then you can click on it and save it.

Very nice work Jihad. I thank you once again. It prints up very well!

Westy, that's exactly what I did. Another Tripod page comes up asking me to click another link to dload the file. Only problem is the server craps out before the file even starts downloading. I get taken to a server error page with yet another IP address on it. The IP of the download starts with 216, yet the error page IP starts with 209. I've run traceroutes on both. The 209 server is up, but the 216 server is dead.

Anyway, a friend of mine dloaded it and sent it to me.
