Resending password

I have been away for about 2 months from aces high with my wife in the hospital and have managed to forget my password, but when I click on resend password my computer freezes. Could this be my firewall, or something else? Thanks in advance for the help! <S>

Brad, try this (1 for vista, 1 for xp)

Go here  C:\Users\_______\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\HTC\Aces High II\settings\Login

The blank spot is your name.

You will find your ID & Password there.

Those paths are only valid IF you chose to install Aces High II in the default directory whne using Vista as the operating system.  We strongly encourage everyone using Vista to install the game in another directory.  There are a number of performance issues when using the default "Program Files" folder to install the game into.

To answer the original question, yes it does sound like a firewall is preventing the game from requesting the password be emailed to you.

OK tried that but all it gives me is my log in name then when I go to aces high and type it in then hit resend password now it says "brad13" is an invalid ID!! ;(  Sorry, you'll have to be patient with me, I'm not computer smart! And thanks for the help guys!   
  Also I just reinstalled AH when all this happened. could that of affected it?

brad13, you need to contact Carrie (billing@hitechcreations.com 817-251-1540) to get your password.  You will need your credit/debit card available to make sure she can find the account for you and get you the correct login information.

There is not much more that can be done via the bulletin board.
