The title pretty much says it all. That said, I hope this is about justice and not an attempt to appease the community. No one, not LEO's or even the President or members of Congress should be above the law, yet everyone should be entitled to equal due process as well.

I just find it funny that anytime something like this happens there's always protest that inevitable end up in violence, the same thing they are protesting. 

Other then that though this cop should be sent to jail, if it turns out it wasn't justified.
