food for thought
« on: February 12, 2009, 12:01:54 AM »
while defending against a ground attack tonight I heard a suggestion that is reasonable and it seems to be a good idea.GV'ers use aircraft as spotters, why not have marking rockets available(white phosphorous). No damage to vehicles and lend a lil realism to the game.Maybe have something like the storch or piper as FAC.Just a thought to chew on.
been there destroyed that

If you are one of those Catalina wisher's, this is right up there with that.  Certainly not every stick would up one but it would be great in so many ways.   :rock

Be super great for Snapshots, FSO and other SEA's, and to some extent even in MA's.

It would be a nice tradeoff if we had this but no icons, or reduced icons e.g. to 500y.

I saw a Storch at the FoF in Florida, flying around for a bit.

Neat plane.

Neat plane.

LOL!  I expected a picture of a storchita in tights flying around and not a picture of an actual Storch.
