What priorities does the game use for resupplying a field? We know that one C47 fixes 8% of field damage, but what does it fix first? If FH, BH, VH and fuel is out at a field and a C47 drops, what gets fixed first?

1 c47 fixes an entire airfield 100%

at least thats what i see in the main arena

HTC says that a C47 will repair 8% of a field, can't remember the percentage for towns and cities. I just want to know what priorities have been set when resupplying a field.

I re supplied a field last night that was a total mess and it all came back up instantly.
