wow krusty, is anything good in your world?
You may or may not be new here. Don't know if you're the TexasTC in-game or a different one. Regardless, months on end of the same map, the same situation, the same team being gangbanged into a corner, the same lopsided annoying gameplay. Hell we've only had the map in LWO now for less than a week and I'm already sick of it. Can you imagine almost a year of the same old maps? Folks are crying out for new maps and we've ONLY just now got some new ones in rotation from the last terrain update.
Looking at the screenshot Denholm posted, it looks like this will be a major revision. I love the way it looks, but you know this is going to limit us to ndisles or whichever default map HTC updates, and no other maps will work with the new terrain system.
I just want them to put a lot of effort into ONE update, then leave the terrain for a while. Until the day comes when updating or creating new maps is less painful than pulling teeth, we just can't re-do the maps we have to keep up with the graphics updates.
