Discos in FSO

i have noticed recently that i only disco in FSO.... i am in college and live in the dorm and the only reason i can think of is too many people on the same network on a friday night........is there any way to help this??  any suggestions would be greatly appreciated <S>

Perhaps a Ping-Plotter output would be useful. To get such an output first download PingPlotter at www.pingplotter.com

Now the next time this incident occurs run a trace on the IP of the server you could not connect to. Run this trace for about 15 minutes. Afterward go to Edit>Copy as Text. Then in a reply here, paste what was just copied to your clipboard.

You running wireless????? I guess on Friday, you all can be splitting the bandwith.

Probably not wireless. Some universities (such as the one I'm at right now) use a massive network for Internet access.

So, is the problem gone or have you not had a chance to run a PingPlotter trace on the Arena IP you can't connect to?

i can get in and play the game fine......i only get discos during the Friday Squad Ops. special event......i can even get in titanic tuesday when its packed with no problems, but when im in the dorms only i get discoed during FSO and its a pain....

Ah, yes, sorry. Forgot it's not Friday. Just remember to run the PingPlotter trace on the SEA IP  for 15 minutes after you encounter another disconnect this Friday.
