I noticed her eyes seemed off too, but I think it's the photographer's or editor's fault.  I have two guesses as to why, one is that the lighting they used wasn't properly balanced (looks like they might of been using a lot of lights for that shot). The other is looking at the whole picture, she has a light eye color (or has contacts) to begin with, and when they brightened up the picture during post-editing (note the really overpowering-bright-light/white shining from the general area of her legs) they didn't balance it out right with her bright eye color.
