Don't feed the trolls...

I called out a troll in his own words.  He does a great job of illustrating the mentality of the few who screw over the whole.  What is the stat?  2% of the population commit 95% of the crime?  You can never win by giving them chances.  I figured it would get skuzzied when I posted it but hopefully there will be a few more who ignore the trolls hence make his life a bit better in the long run.

I think it's more like 2% of the people fall for 95% of the troll threads. The others see the obvious nature of the thread and have fun with it until someone decides to get derogatory. I've flown with 24 for about a year now and in my opinion he is a really good guy, and I believe that anyone that has ever had a conversation with him would feel the same. Granted there are those that are in disagreement for whatever reasons. I can't recall him ever posting anything out of sheer meanness. Of course not everyone is going to appreciate his brand of humor and if you don't, then leave it alone and let the rest of us get a laugh.

If you want to be a moderator then you should talk to Pyro. He does the hiring for those positions. Until then, leave it to the professionals.

I'm not trying to moderate anyone but simply letting his words illustrate the mentality.  His words quoted above are entirely consistent with his actions since day one.  They have nothing to do with a sense of humor and everything to do with psychological dysfunction.  That's a pity but to spin it in any other way is inconsistent with observable fact.  You certainly know this which begs the question of your judgment and integrity.  One can only assume you are only severely lacking in that area or most likely trying to troll this one up yourself.  The facts are the facts and his words are 100% consistent with his actions.  He is not unlike a few others who have come and gone over time who have simply inflicted as much damage as they could to sustain their own failings.  I have no problem with playing around and having fun but sometimes, for the good of the community, the toilet needs to be flushed.  You can't polish a turd.  Over time there are plenty of turds that float up and there is no point of letting them stain the community.
