Fuel Loadout....
« on: October 11, 2008, 12:57:59 PM »

This may have been mentioned before but I would like to see the ability to tailor fuel loadouts more. As a recent Microsoft X and Combat Flight Sim 3 convert this is one of the features I miss. For those who havent played X you can change your fuel loadout to gallon on each tank. While this accuracy maybe a little over kill something in between 1/4s and this would be well recieved. Perhaps 25,50,75,100, on a per tank basis could be easily done?

No need to mess with the cg by altering fuel loadouts.

That might work, instead of 25% differences (25, 50, 75, 100%) you would be able to choose 10%s instead.
But still with a minimum of 25% (and a maximum of 100 ofcourse :aok )

As long as all pure bombers (i.e. no attack-mode planes) are hard-coded to always take 100%, sure, why not?

I don't see a reason to make the already-superpowered heavy bombers even more uber by taking only 10% fuel instead of 25%.

Yeah that's why a min/max of 25/100 should always be applied. Just give us an option to toy with the fuel in between that  :)
