For bottom vid card you could raise whole case up with a couple of pieces of 2by4 or 4by4 and cut out for a fan to blow right at the fan on the card. I have a 8800GTS and it runs hot so I cut a whole in side of case and put a old CPU fan right at it. It drop my temps 13 degrees idle and gaming doesn't raise in temps like it did befor. Just a thought if you don't mind case modding.
