Stick question
« on: February 01, 2009, 10:12:31 AM »
Heres my problem. I have a new pc and I am trying to get my X52 to work as it did on my old pc. I mapped everything in the game not with the software. I thought if I overited my stick.cfg I would not have to remap everything but that did not work so I copied ever file from my old pc to my new one that had anything to do with a joystick but has still not worked. What am I missing? Thanks.

I use CH stuff. In game, in the "settings" folder I have 3 files named CHxxxx.jsm Those are the files with the stick settings for the game. I would set up a plain stick set-up in the game, and save it then close out the game. Next I'd find those jsm files and replace them with the ones from the old computer. I'm pretty sure you will have to re-calibrate the stick when you go back in the game.
