Yeah, I believe only 2 C prototypes flew though. It had a armament of 4 x MG152/20 and if I'm not mistaken a Mk103 firing through the hub. It may have been another 20 in the hub though I'm not sure but the armament was very impressive. The aircraft was heavy and the H model was made the priority for its high-alt performance. The best armament for the Ta152 would have been 5 x MG151/20s imo. Devastating firepower all using the same ammo and ballistics, makes firing all guns easier. In the H model you pretty much have to choose between 20 mm or 30 mm, there are very few situations in which you can hit with both. I usually fire only 20 mm and keep the 30s for any bombers that might come around, or if I happen to run out of 20s.

In real life, my three favorite planes (no no particular order) are the Fw 190, F4U, and the Typhoon.

For me there's something special about the development of an aircraft that when first flown has major issues, but then is refined into an excellent design. Each of these planes had significant design issues that had to be addressed before they went on to become stellar aircraft.

In game, I've never been able to settle on one particular favorite, I like them all.
HTC Please show the blue planes some love!

mk108, not 103 and the 4 20's.  I went looking for the C model.  No good intel on number produced but everybody agrees the H was the big production model.

Since we have an H, what are the chances we might get the C?

Oh yeah.........

In no particular order......

Spit 8, 190a8, 109g14, 110g2, B24, ta152H, any F4u

He headed JG71 of the new West German Luftwaffe, equipped with F86's, after he was released from Russia.

I believe this little bird has some very sexy lines herself......

She's a bewitching, low ammo'd temptress, whose siren call
I can't ignore in the hanger.

The upshot is she rewards you by forcing you to learn the fine art of gunnery and timing.

Here's mine! :O

As a young boy, I was enchanted by the Robotech/Macros saga, especially the veritech fighter jets! I had the movie on tape and would watch it almsot every single day of the week. Ever since then the F-14 Tomcat has been burning in my hart and will do till the day I die!
