I did.  Honestly, if i wanted a scenario (with limited lives) type thing, I'd play any of the numerous events, some of which are weekly.    http://ahevents.org/

I vote....

What would happen if we just shut down the MA's 1 day a week and just have A v A?

5000 people cancel their subscriptions overnight.

This is just another defibrilator for the AvA. If the atmosphere and the attitudes are the same, it doesn't matter the format.

We have scenarios, we have snapshots, we have FSO, we have MANY weekly events. We don't need the AvA to pretend it's yet another of something we already have.

Sorry if this comes across as overly harsh. The idea is about as bad as the "war" that the AvA ran a while back. And about as pretentious.

I've often wondered why you have such a chip on your shoulder about the AvA.  Every time someone posts something about the AvA you come running into the room, pee in a corner and yell that the place stinks.  You've flown slightly over three hours there over the past year.  All of that was in one tour, and, I suspect, occurred over a span of two, or perhaps three nights.  It doesn't appear that you participated in the war, and what you could have learned about the current "atmosphere and attitudes" of the AvA in three hours isn't very impressive.  Fudgums posted an interesting idea here and asked for assistance.  Rather than moving on to another topic that interests you, or, heaven help us, applying your years of experience in a way that might improve Fudgums' idea, you're somehow compelled to once again trash the AvA and its participants.  So I'm wondering what terrifying event occurred in AvA that scarred you so badly and causes such a pathetic knee-jerk reaction every time you see a header that refers to the arena.  Was it something someone said?  Was it our bad breath?

I thought the war idea was pretty neat,  It was a battle of britain setup and we made sure it was won and had good fun doing so.
