Quick Question/possible new aircraft

For a plane to be excepted into AH does it have to have seen combat or can it just be a prototype? If it doesnt then I think we add the 109Z, heres a site with some info on it http://www.luft46.com/mess/me109z.html , Seems like it would be kinda cool but cockpit view might be lacking to the right :)

Has to have seen combat in unit numbers.
There are some Messerschmitt and Focke-Wulf variants that would be nice... but the Bf109Z is not one of those.
