Anyone know if you can change your BB name? I've looked but I'm not sure if I can or not. I'd hate to lose this acct.  to start a new one and have to switch back and forth looking for previous posts and such.

I seen a post or thread somewhere saying you could. Being Friday night i may have to wait till Monday if all it took was a call to HTC.....does it?

Uh, well, in theory: yes.
It's true only Skuzzy can do that for you, but AFAK he isn't very delighted, just additional workload. But there are other options: When you have changed ingame callsogn, you can just but it into your sigline (many of us did), or you can make a new BBS account (no work for HTC)
If you absolutely have to... well, I wouldn't call on mondays, with all the hunderds of complaint & support mails from the weekend waiting for Skuzzy

good to know. Ive been out of the screaming devils for over a year and ppl still assume I fly with them. I tried changing my ID here, but they wont let me saying my IP is already registered
