I didn't see that,good explanation. I doubt the markings and weapons are doctored in though, it looks though, that the prop and spinner are doctored out.
Gotta wonder how hot the cockpit gets huh?? :D

It's the same picture, only smaller?

Reading Cthulhu's explanation, it might very well be a mock-up of that FW-jet, without any props being doctored-out (since there wouldn't be a prop on a jet!)

Yes and as I mentioned, it's a little more clear than the picture posted in the original thread.  It's easier to spot the shadow of the 2nd plane next to it but no 2nd plane is visible except the tail wheel that was left behind when the 2nd plane was cropped out but the person forgot to remove the shadow and tail wheel.

OK, this is still bugging me...

Turbojet, in front of fuel tank, in front of pilot? :huh  Chances are any fuel leak in that fwd tank, and it's instant inferno for the pilot. :uhoh

Makes you wonder if the Brit's didn't use a Lysander to drop those engine plans into the German's lap one night. :D
