Yes he was caught of cheating by his old name of Diesel. He changed his name to Outlaws and then started to shade vulch another account. I'm pretty sure that he had another name before Outlaws, just don't remember what it was.

He seems dumb but some how he comes back...they should make sure if hes banned they make sure he can't use that certain credit card or any info close to his. They know how to change I.P and DNS all the stuff they need to change.They come back act like newbs for about 1 hour, then go on 200 get kills and thats how it goes.
