Hello ladies and gents <S>.Well i have been looking at alot of screenshots that have been edited and all of them look great.Well i just want to know of a few basic programs that i can download (if possible free).I dont plan on doin something super fancy right away i just need a little push in the right direction to start me out.Any tips or websites would be great thank you gents  :salute oh and BTW i know how to take sceenshots or vids and make screenshots and know how to use different perspectives.

Gimp Studio's free and tries to copy Photoshop, which arguably the most popular editor.

Yes, if you want free, Gimp is the way to go.
