Ok, I think I've got things narrowed down a little.  I think I'm going to go with this Video Card.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133205.  Even though I only have one PCI Express X16 slot, this card says that it is backwards compatible.  So I'm hoping it will work in my MOBO. (GeForce 6150SE nForce 430)

This PSU doesn't seem too bad for the price.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152028.  I don't know what that Hybrid 2 stuff is all about, but it seems to have sufficient power.  As far as I can tell, It appears to come with more cables than I'm going to need.
Since this is just a bit over my planned budget, my 2 Gigs of Ram will have wait until early April.
I am concernced about the 8800GT being compatibile with my MOBO, but I guess I won't know until I try.

Skuzzy hates modular cables on PSUs but I haven't had any problems with mine (seasonic with modular cables).

For a psu with modular cables, that is a great price.  Hopefully they didn't cut costs by going cheapo on the modular connectors.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

I don't have a problem with modular cables either. I mean, the cables are modular on the motherboard and hard drive end, so connectors can't be all that bad to have on the power supply end, is my way of thinking.

Generally, I recommend Seasonic or Corsair (half of which are built by Seasonic anyway) power supplies as being the right combination of good price versus good performance, but if you're willing to do research, there are a lot of good brands.

I recently replaced a power supply for a client's E-machines P4 computer with a Corsair power supply. Both were 550 watts, but the Corsair easily weighed THREE TIMES HEAVIER than the failed unit. Good components and heatsinks weigh a lot more than crummy ones.

Oh, and the Corsair power supplies have a 5-year warranty, which I think speaks pretty well of them.
